I called there today. The man who answered the phone immediately asked me questions and when he didn’t think I was a big spender and I knew too much about appliances, he abruptly cut me off and said a woman would call me back, which never happened. Will never go there or call back.

My bf stopped in and was very impressed with the service. He grew up in a super small town and this shop reminded him of home. Down to earth personalized customer service. He said, these are the type of people he wants to do business with.
He brought me in after I got off work to check out the stoves he liked. The woman who helped him earlier was leaving so Tom, sweet old man helped us out. So nice and gave us some appliance history.
We got a nice Maytag stove/​oven for $ 749.99, $ 60 for delivery and take away. What a steal! Before we left, he asked how old our stove was. I can’t remember how old my bf said 15 or 25 years old maybe lol. but Tom went into his back room and gave us a new connector cord or something! I was so surprised and grateful! Wow, you usually don’t find service/​treatment like that in the cities.
We will need other appliances. we know where we’re going first. I’ll Update my review after delivery and using the product a few times.
