Billy and the team work hard to earn my business. In 2013 my 95 Mercedes diesel had a failed Tranny. I usually do many of my own repairs but knew this was more than I could handle. They completed the repair when they said it would be done and the price was fair. The workmanship was top notch, Billy provided updates on the progress and checked in if his team found other items in need of service. I’m happy to report the car is still on the road and the transmission is still running strong.

Online it states Saturday by appointment. This is not true! Attempted making an appointment on a Saturday and finally got a reply a week later saying they wouldn’t do it. I drive for a living so this is not acceptable on my end. Not going back. Sorry. I’m sticking with Pepboys.

Did good work on my chevy trailblazer. Knew what the problem was and didn’t charge me a diagnostic fee (which the dealer wanted 80 $/​hr just to figure out the problem). My truck is running like new again. Oh, and they picked me up at my workplace during my lunch hour so I wouldn’t be without wheels!
He has a good strategy for giving you the bill, he lets you play with his two awesome and sweet Labs and then gives you the bill!!! :) Fair prices and the work is guaranteed. Definitely earned my continued business.

Here is a review on top of my previous review that is under investigation to be posted because Billy is notorious for dodging bad reviews once again saying that I chose the wrong business to review listen to the bad reviews here this place is a rip off go elsewhere I will continue to go out of my way to get these reviews posted do the local area knows!

Absolutely love this shop. Easy and convenient appointment times, honest and friendly owner, and very fair prices. My husband and I both have groupons for oil changes here, but we will continue to return after they are used. Very happy to find a shop we like, and I’d recommend it to anyone!
