We visited from Cali for my sister in laws quince. Upon check in, the lady who greeted us on our check in morning was so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was even ready! And the gentlemen was so nice in the evening. They make you feel like you are home. Only downside was the smell of smoke on the 4th floor where we were, but nothing febreze couldn’t help! Lol We were beyond satisfied with our stay and definitely will be staying here upon our return the next time we visit our family!

Its OK. A lot of families come here so if ur looking for a peace of mind don’t come here. Children running around in the hallway and around the hotel is very disturbing. Nice rooms tho. Staff OK.

We stayed here because we came to Minneapolis for a wedding, and this is where the rooms were blocked. However, I would stay here again in a heartbeat. This was – by far – the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. AmericInn has these little pamphlets about how their hotels are made with sound-blocking bricks/insulation or some such thing. We only half-believed the veracity of the pamphlet’s claims, but after 8 hours of driving in rain and snow, we welcomed the idea. I slept so damn soundly, it was like I wasn’t even in a hotel. And then the next morning, we got free breakfast. Correction: Free BIG breakfast. This isn’t a crappy little cereal-or-toast breakfast. It’s pretty awesome. Plus, they have free coffee in the lobby pretty much all day and night. And there’s a pool, which I didn’t notice until we were checking out. Very nice.
