Established in 2013.

It wasn’t until St. Paul native Angie Hanson was pregnant with her second child that she realized how frustrating maternity clothes shopping could be– options nearby were limited, her free time was at a premium, and she simply wasn’t willing to pay top dollar for a temporary wardrobe.

Determined to find cute, affordable maternity clothes, Angie dug out a map and set off to Bellies to Babies in Richfield to check out the gently used maternity shop she kept hearing about. While there she shared her maternity shopping frustrations with the shops owner, Crystal Pollard and they soon developed a plan to bring Bellies to Babies to St. Paul.

Angie was excited about what the idea of a licensing agreement meant; sharing the name of a known business and splitting advertising costs was a great way to get her feet wet as an entrepreneur. Angie also loved the idea– buying and selling gently stretched maternity wear for mama and the baby to be.

Aside from sharing the name, Angie’s St. Paul sho
