History

Established in 2010.

I started my cooking career in my parents family businesses in New York & New Jersey @ the age of (4). Although both my parents made their daughters swear we would not go into the food industry, we have both dabbled in it in one way or the other.

I have been cooking for friends, family, small caters, and finally took my gig to a local Café for 5+ years.

When that ended just recently and I was not ready to throw in the apron so to speak, I did some networking, and found a couple of good clients who wanted me to cook for them. Whala, Miss Divadish Kitchens was born and I am so proud to be able to offer my cooking skills to others.

When I was a just learning about food at the young age of (4), my father told me just watch, stir this in, do that, mix this. I asked a lot of questions like most kids that age do, but my father just kept repeating the same thing, keep stirring.

That stirring has made me a good Chef & Cook, because I do not need to measure just keep on stirring things in.

Recipes are just guidelines and guidelines like rules need bending, or molding to make them just right.

So now when I make something for the first time, I literally feel what the food is going to look like before it is even made.

I really make my food like Picasso does a painting, and my food is my colors and a clean plate is my painting.
