I bought a Crowd Cut coupon for this business. It was over $ 100. I never got service. It was a hassle to schedule, as her voicemail was always full and I couldn’t leave a message. Calls to Crowd Cut revealed many others had been calling too. Finally somehow we scheduled and then I had to cancel due to a conflict, which I did several days ahead of time, but I couldn’t get through so the only way I could let her know was via Facebook message. Apparently she didn’t get it because days later, on the day of the original appointment, her cleaner called when he was on his way. I felt bad for him, it was not his fault that I couldn’t get ahold of his boss when I needed to cancel. When I tried repeatedly to reschedule, I couldn’t get through to her. Finally I sent some frustrated messages to her asking for a refund; she responded, claimed to be sitting in front of my house and claimed I stood her up. I said we had nothing on the schedule. She later admitted she was mistaken about who I was but didn’t apologize or offer a refund, just said«don’t worry about it.» I was offended by all of the nonresponse, and when I did get a response, it was rude. I have asked many times for that refund, and have not received it. I didn’t want to give her a bad review, but I feel forced to. I told her I was going to a couple of weeks ago and have had no response, so here I am. I’m out $ 115 and for nothing. RIPPEDOFF. DON’T USETHISBUSINESS!

Absolutely terrible. When I called for an appointment, Tara told me they only work M-F. So I took a day off from work so that I could let them in my apartment building. Tara called me at 9:30 the morning of my appointment telling me they were«overbooked» for that day and couldn’t make it — with a long litany of(frankly) sketchy reasons. When I complained about the inconvenience, suddenly a Saturday appointment became feasible. My appointment on Saturday was for 1:00. At 10:30am, Tara left me a voicemail asking to bump the appointment up an hour. When I called her back about 12:30, she told me «the guy» was on his way and would be at my place in «10−15 minutes.» At 1:25, when I called wondering why the guy was so late, she again told me he was only about 10 minutes away. He finally showed at 2(an hour late, and after 2 lies — and no apologies — from Tara). And did I mention that their advertised phone number has been disconnected? The only way to reach them was via Tara’s personal cell. I was hoping at least the guy might do a great job on the apartment… but no. He told me wiping windowsills would be an upcharge. And he didn’t do a thorough job either dusting or cleaning my floors. Truly, one of the worst«services» I’ve ever paid for.
