This is a great place to get great deals on flowers. They handled the flower decorations for my dads funneral and did a great job!

The spring of 2013 was a weather nightmare. I was planning my May 22nd elopement reception and was actually worried there’d still be snow on the ground!!! The plan was pretty adorable. My husband and are are big fans of the microbrews and craft beers and we were going to use some of our favorite bottles as vases on all of the tables at our venue. The other plan was to use local growers and get some spring flowers at the farmers market. That was a failure of an idea since no flowers were even blooming yet, since the ground was still frozen! SO…what do we do for flowers at the last minute? Grocery store? EH… Tried a gardening center, but they were so busy they couldn’t help us… so we’re driving around aimlessly and see Flowerama. Bingo! We went in the day of the party and asked for about $ 75 worth of flowers in a variety of styles and colors. Done and done! Service with a smile and it was plenty enough beautiful flowers and fillers to make a small«bud vase» bottle arrangement for each table and some! Flowerama saved the day at the last minute and, of course, it feels good to support a local small business.

There is nothing really special about this store. It is probably like many other florists. I’ve bought flowers from them several times and each time the flowers turned out to be beautiful and fresh. What else could one ask for? Why not 5 stars? I simply haven’t had a chance to experience anything extraordinary. It’s just a solid, above average store.

I’ve gotten arrangements here a few times and the quality for the price is great. My flowers both times lasted longer than what I expected, if you have any questions about longevity, the staff will tell you how to care for them so that what you get will LAST. They do wedding and funeral arrangements too. I’ve seen corsages and boutonnieres from here as well and they look very understated and classy. I’m not sure what the price range looks like for that though. I don’t live in the Twin Cities anymore, but if I need flowers for some reason when I’m back in town, I know where to go!
