Gerenza Properties was established to address the needs of homeowners who cannot sell their homes but didn’t want to foreclose on them, the investor who saw the opportunity to purchase investment real estate at better than market value pricing, and the established property investor who has experienced a flood of rental properties becoming available.

Gerenza Properties was legally formed in May of 2009. However, Loni LaBrocca has been active in property management since 2002. She began her real estate career in 1996 as a receptionist for a Twin Cities Real Estate Brokerage office of 65 agents. She also managed two brokerages of 25 and 65 agents as well as sold over $ 10 million in real estate after she received her real estate agent license in 2002.

Loni began focusing more on property management in 2007 and slowly built the company under the tutelage of two brokers. 2009 was a year of substantial growth, as she added 19 properties throughout the Twin Cities. All of these properties were referrals from fellow real estate agents, past and present property owners, and through her network channels.

As her reputation has grown, she began to receive referrals for commercial properties. Her focus was on Residential Property Management, her current clientele, and running the company. In November 2009, Loni added a second office in St. Paul to serve the eastern metro and ventured into commercial property management with the addition of Ken Dixon.
