History

Established in 2010.

Dr. Kristen Lemke opened Grand Avenue Chiropractic & Acupuncture in January 2010. We are located inside the Natural Medicine Center on historic Grand Avenue.

Business Owner

Dr. Kristen Lemke is a 2009 Cum Laude Graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University. Prior to enrolling in Chiropractic College, she went to Wartburg College where she received a Bachelors degree in Biology and Spanish.

Dr. Lemke has gained valuable experience volunteering her time and chiropractic skills to underprivileged communities in Costa Rica, Dominican Republic and Haiti, to the Pillsbury House Integrated Health Clinic in South Minneapolis, and high school athletes at St. Agnes High School in St. Paul.

Dr. Lemke is certified in Acupuncture, Kinesiotaping and Chiropractic Radiology. She is also pursuing a certification in Pediatrics.

Outside of the office, she enjoys participating in triathlons, practicing yoga, a spends much of her free time practicing yoga and playing soccer.

Her mission is to empower and educate patients how to take their health into their own hands through natural healing of the mind, body, and spirit.
