During the extremely difficult task of planning a funeral, Klecatsky and Sons did an outstanding job of supporting the family, making arrangements, and putting at ease any concerns about logistics, etc. The facilities were very beautiful; comfy chairs and couches all around, and I especially appreciated the soft, natural light they obtained by using many lamps instead of overhead lighting. As far as the planning, they seemed more than happy to do whatever we wanted, even if we asked for something and then changed our minds, they never acted put-​out by anything. I imagine they get very good at dealing with people at their worst, but they were certainly always professional and more than accommodating.
It is really nice to be able to trust that everything you ask for will be taken care of, with attention to detail, and thoughtfulness. I certainly felt this way. I could sense genuine interest on their part to make everything as easy as possible but also do everything in the specific fashion that the family requested. The service was beautiful, and everything worked out smoothly. Highly recommended.
