Jimmy John’s

Put in an online order for a sub + soda. I’m maybe a mile away. Order took 50 minutes. Pretty poor service. Delivery driver didn’t even apologize for the 50 minute wait.
Pretty pathetic and not «freaky fast» at all.

Horrible service. Rude management. Not «freaky fast delivery» (20 min… and we are .2 miles from the store).
DONT give them your business, wish we hadn’t.
We called from United hospital for food delivery. The «manager» taking orders wouldn’t let us put vinegar on a slim sub. Seriously!?! He said no way like my 2-​year old. My husband obviously said, «there’s got to be a way, right: we are happy to pay, whatever, can you make it somehow!?!» (I mean, this isn’t a matter of national security, let’s be honest) Most competent business managers would squirt a little vinegar, put some in a container or offer a solution… He did none of the above). Instead, he was adamant and rude. If only he’d known a very pregnant woman hospitalized for complications sometimes just realllllllly wants something small, and a small gesture, or at least a kind response could make a difference.
To our disappointment, we still decided to order. Give your hard earned dollars to another well-​deserving business.

I got a call from the Minnesota Department of Health this evening investigating foodborne illness that was traced to this Jimmy John’s. I had been violently ill starting the day after i ordered food from here. I had blamed it on something else, but the call from the Dept. Of Health made it clear that Jimmy John’s was the source. Needless to say, no one in my office will be ordering from here anymore.

Jimmy Johns is Jimmy Johns. I rarely eat here but I do know its faster just to get in my car and go pick up my Turkey Tom with Mustard and hot peppers because for some reason, it takes them 45 minutes to deliver 6 blocks away.
