I’m never disappointed in the customer service at this store. You’re greeted by an employee the minute you enter the door and there’s always someone available to help find your items and give suggestions. I’ve always found what I was looking for and without having to spend ten minutes searching a store for someone to help me. Yes, the prices may be a bit higher for the convenience of a neighborhood store, but it’s worth spending a little extra for the great staff and excellent service. 5 stars!

I haven’t been to this place in a few years, but I loved going in there back when I lived in the area. The staff are pretty cool and the selection is decent. My favorite part was that they had a couple cats that lived in the store. They were sort of like mascots. The only reason I had to drop it down to 4 stars is because one of the cats was kidnapped. I know it’s not their fault, but… dang it, it just made me sad.

Another quick trip to Kendall’s!
I no longer live in the area, but I needed some USP Grade Mineral Oil (yeah, not sure what that even means, but the internets tells me so…) I buzzed into Kendall’s.
They’ve repaired screens for me in the past as well as made me keys on more than one occasion, so I knew they’d know what I needed.
I popped in, asked for what I needed, was handed the mineral oil with a quick explanation of what it is and what it is for, paid and walked out. Everything was done within 3 minutes.
Perfect transaction, no complaints, nice employees.
Stop in, you’ll like it better than a big box retailer.
