La Grolla is a handmade wood carving cup in Italy is also called «friendship cup» used to decant and share wine or coffee .

Business Owner

Born in Bergamo ita. graduaded from the culinar institute in Milan, Carlo Porta.

After competing for Italian Culinary in Japain, in 1985 Antonio arrive in Manhattan NY as chef for DDL Food Show in Trump Tower. His culinary talent made him to be part of top restaurant in New York scenary. Alo’ Alo’, Mezzaluna, Harrys Cipriani, Elio’s, leMadri e Felidia. in 1987 Miami become his home town. La Bussola, Buccione, laPerla, as executive chef .

1989 Open Osteria del Teatro owner from 1989 to 1999 bring him to be the best Chef in South Florida and awarded all over the country.

from 1998 to 2002 open and owns Tiramisu’, Tiramisu Too, pizza Amore martini bar and Caffe’ della vita with Sushi bar and Fusion cuisine at the Grand Hotel in minneapolis in partneship with LifeTime Fitness ceo Baharam Akradi.

La grolla is the last jewel created by Antonio.

May 2013 will be open STRADA back in miami in the Grove.

May 2015 he opens Osteria in Prestwick woodbury. Fusion fare
