Business Owner

Ms. McNeilly is a graduate of Hamline University where she earned her Law Degree in 2004. Since she has received her certificates from the American Immigration Lawyers Association, United States District Court of Minnesota, and the Supreme Court of Minnesota.

Ms. McNeilly has been involved with various community organizations, mentored several young attorneys and paralegals, and established her own non-​profit, Chance for Change.

Ms. McNeilly comes from a large family which helped instill her core values of always helping those in need, doing the best she can, and over coming challenges when faced with them. She has passed these values on to her own children.
