Ordered when staying in the area for a few nights. It was late, I was hungry. Arrived cold after about 50 minutes. Crust tasted and had the texture of old cardboard. Obviously not fresh made and likely from some outside crust maker. Had a odd sauce flavor I cannot really identify, but it was not very good. Toppings were ok, but not very generous for a $ 18 14″ pizza. I would not get another from them. There are better options nearby like the Pie shop.

Decided to order pizza while staying at a nearby hotel. I chose Pizza Man after seeing several positive Unilocal reviews.
As someone born and raised in Chicago, I don’t necessarily think the pizza was all that good, but it was alright. The sauce is kind of bitter, I prefer a sweeter sauce.
I received a free order of wings just for signing up for their online ordering system. Really nice gesture! Make sure to order online!
Delivery was within the hour and the driver was courteous.
Overall, 3 stars. Plenty of great things about this pizza joint, but the pizza itself was just «eh.»

Great pizza homemade ingredients. They have the best cheese bread. It’s not like cheese bread at most places it is like a cheese pizza with garlic butter instead of sauce. Add jalapenos if you like spicy. They have every topping under the sun. Domino’s does not have sauerkraut or shrimp for toppings.

I stopped by the Pizza Man for a 14″ pie. I was greeted at the door by a friendly worker behind the counter who took my order. I ordered a cheese pizza which he started to work on immediately in about 10 minutes it was done and packed in the box and on its way out the door. Opened it up and ate some good tasting slices which by the way the gentleman behind the counter gave me to choice of how I wanted it sliced square or pie like. A great staff with ample parking. This pizza is also good after it has been heated up the day after.

I agree with everyone else! This pizza is the best around. And the value can’t be beat! They use fresh, Wisconsin cheese and local produce. This is our favorite pizza joint, by far!

Pizza man is totally delicious, totally handmade pizza. Cut into squares.
The squares threw me off when we first got takeout from here, but I’ve learned to love the squares. I had a relationship with triangles for so long… squares is a nice change.
their crust is a bit on the thin side for me, but I think you can request thicker crust if you want. You can also get cheesy breadsticks (a must!) and other italian pasta dishes. They now have cookies! (so says their menu)
All in all, a great way to spend a friday night.

I had heard of Pizza man after a couple months living in Eagan, I procrastinated trying them, opting for the more corporate pizza places such as pizza hut and dominoes. Now that I’ve tried them I realize i was making a huge mistake! Their pizza is great, the sauce they use is delicious, the crust is nothing special but the rest of the toppings make up for it! Be prepared, they cut their pizza into squares instead of triangles! Other than that, if you’re a fiend for leftovers it’s just as great cold!

Delivery, I tried different variety. All of them were good. Normally I don’t like thin crust but I like for these ones. The toppings were fresh. Tomato sauce kinda sweet and peppery. Overall good pizza!

Go with papa johns or dominos. Bland crust and pretty much the same for the sauce. We were in a hotel and they didn’t bring the plates or napkins.
