I stopped in tonight with one intent… to find out if the store backed Sunday Sales? And expected a no as I had been told by 7 of the 8 previous stores I visited… I was wrong, and the owner does want Sunday Sales! He also called me out, as never have seeing me in the store before. I agreed but told him he would going forward. I was bummed to see he didn’t have a larger craft beer selection… but I can settle. I made a small purchase of a single bottle of plum wine. However, I will be back… often…for larger purchases. While there the owner passed by another patron, said hello to the gentleman by name! :) As I told the owner, it’s great to know consumers that want Sunday Sales have his support. I would gladly support a small business owner over chains like MGM or Haskell’s. To which he thanked me! I look forward to spending my money at a great business!
