History
Established in 2015.
Rita Powell the founder of (R.E.D.S.) Rita’s Event Design Services has been doing weddings and other special events since 1995 she got good at it, and through the encouragement of friends and family; she is now turning it into a full wedding and event design and decoration business.
It all started from the making of a single silk wedding bouquet and grew from there into the design and decoration business it is today.
Rita and her staff work hard to make each bride and groom feel special, relaxed and happy on their special day.
R.E.D.S aim is to take as much pressure off their clients as possible. Just give us control and we will make your dreams come alive.

Rita is a very creative and visionary person just give her a theme or idea and she sets her mind to working. Rita’s love for weddings and her decorating expertise is surly going to put her on the radar as a very unique and creative venue Designer and Decorator.
This mother of two Sons and ten grandchildren is sure to make her mark here in West Saint Paul MN.
Rita currently holds a plague from the professional women’s Who’s Who organization and she was nominated class entrepernuer in 2005 and nominated for the colleagic honor academy by her college professor in 2005.
Rita is presently networking with other entrepernuers through the events held by the Twin Cities Wedding Professionals&.
