This is a great place to live. The staff at Riverview are friendly and helpful, and the buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and well-​maintained. There are so many perks to living here: car wash; dog wash; bike repair station; package pick-​up from the office; business center; fitness center; free shuttle to the airport; dry cleaning drop off and pick up; and organized activities like wine tasting, holiday parties, and charity events.

There is no room for error here, they will charge you for everything and the fees are ridiculous. Sometimes life happens, but there is no subletting allowed if you need to move. Stay away. It’s not worth it. When you sign a lease, you essentially sign your life over to this management company.
