Marjolie was great and speedy with my order. Really enjoyed the chicken Mac & Cheese and the white ale beer. Chicken was really flavorful and tender

Worst customer service I have ever had at a restaurant! The waitress ignored us for 10 minutes before taking our order. She did not know the menu and was in a bad mood from the beginning. Then, 20 more minutes goes by and I asked for an update on the beer I ordered. And she never even put in our food or drink order! Unreal. We got up and left after than. Do not spend your money at this place, they clearly do not care about their customers! Management — if you are reading this review and want to review the footage of our experience, 6÷10÷16 at 7:30PM — we sat in the back corner of the restaurant.

Can you rate lower than one star? This place was a joke. I never got past the«please wait to be seated» sign. I waited for a long time before someone finally acknowledged me. One waiter was telling the other one, «This section is closed. Put him in so-n-so’s.» He shuffles off, putting me on the back burner. I wait some more. A couple sitting up front look at me incredulously… we commiserate by eyes only. They’d undoubtedly had a bad experience too. It was obvious that the wait staff simply didn’t care. Ruined what I thought was probably a decent place. Shame, really… Hey, manager person! Change your wait people! They are killing your business!

Does anyone work here? I left my coat behind on my booth bench during a layover, and tried contacting them multiple times throughout the week(once I landed in my return state) during regular business hours; no answer. If this happens to you– forget it. You’re not getting your property back.

Terrible, terrible service, DONOTGOHERE. Seriously, the first time I’ve ever not left a tip on my life. Like others have mentioned, I waited an inordinate amount of time to be seated, which should have been my first clue to walk away. When I was finally seated it took ten minutes for a server to acknowledge me and take my order, which again should have been a red flag. After that my beer arrived fairly quickly, but no sign of my food for 35 minutes. Every time I tried to flag the server down I was ignored. I understand that food takes time, but especially at the airport they should be trying to get it out quickly. If my food hadn’t arrived when it did I was genuinely prepared to walk out. Never again, I wish I’d just saved my money and eaten at Burger King.

Great spot for a burger and a brew while waiting for my connecting flight. Got the Laredo burger and ordered it medium rare. It was cooked to perfection, and the IPA I ordered complimented it perfectly. Good way to kill a little time on a 3 hour layover.

This place is awful, order was wrong, food was dry. Tasted like it had been under heat lamp for 3 days, yet it wasn’t hot. Wife ordered bacon, she got sausage that looked like a dried summertime dog turd. Worst experience of our vacation.

When traveling I’m almost always in need of a beer. I thought I was making the right choice to come here rather than a restaurant that tries to draw people in based on their number of flair. I chose wrong, turns out. To be fair, it started out bad so I should have been warned. There was line of two other people in front of me and an empty host stand. And so we waited. People are used to waiting at the airport, we can do this right? Nope. We lost a man after about 7 minutes of no acknowledgment. Yay, one less person in front of me. Hostess finally returns. I had seen her pass several times but had thought her to be another guest since she had made no eye contact, much less assurances that she’d be right with us, and her aimless pace could be classified as a meander. Finally my turn. Table for one that’s about 15 min wait is that okay. (There’s no punctuation there because it was all delivered in an unenthusiastic monotone.) Umm, is the bar open? Oh yeah open seating. Well that was a long wait to feel like she wished I was anywhere but there, but I was already committed. Long wait for bartenders attention. Quickly sensing pattern, but beer. Finally eye contact What IPAs do you have? Rock bottoms, it’s a brewery so… Yeah, I know where I am, I had long enough to stare at the sign. I also know, as I stare at the taps, that you have guest beers, but thanks for the attitude. So two stars, because I got my beer, I guess.

Rock Bottom is right. Disgusting! I ordered the Santa Fe salad and a big ‘ol glass of wine. The waitress asked if my salad was good and I said no. Then proceeded to tell her what was wrong with it; brown lettuce, brown avocado, exactly 3 black beans, it was majorly overdressed and had no flavor. She probably regrets asking. Lol. Finished my wine and left. Too many other options, don’t chose this!

Had some time before a flight. Got chips and guec, a rebel and the patty melt. Guac was hood when we added salt. I had the patty melt and it was good. Like the thick white bread. Fries weren’t the best. Almost forgot. Service wasn’t the best. Slow and waited forever for the check.

I went off-the-grid and ordered a burger not on the menu. Woop! I had a single burger with swiss cheese, avocado, lettuce, and tomato, and it was good! The fries were typical fries, and the service was fine. I was greeted promptly and received my food quick enough, but there was a bit of a wait for my check. All things considered, I liked this place. Next time I hope to try one of their handcrafted beers!

OMG, 15 min to wait to get in, then another 15 min without an acknowledgement or even water. Walked out. Went to Ike’s, night and day.

I wouldn’t eat here again. My husband got the rock bottom beer and it was unpleasant, not worth finishing. It was flat. The wedge salad looked pretty unappetizing. The wrap was also unpleasant with brown guacamole and mealy chicken, flavorless overall. I would avoid eating here.

The name ‘Rock Bottom’ is very fitting for this establishment. Every food item, even the diet coke, was off base. I ordered the Sonoma chicken sandwich with coleslaw. The sandwich was borderline edible with bland flavoring and tendon-y, chewy chicken. The coleslaw tasted very off and unpleasant, and I’m a huge coleslaw fan. What a disappointment here. Avoid this eatery if you can.

Great service and delicious food. I had the Laredo Burger along with cole slaw. Their cole slaw is awesome. I like the addition of onion and thin slices of apple in the cole salw. The server would consistently refill my beverage without having to request a refill. I’ll be back!

Stopped here during a layover. Was looking forward to trying here. But at end of day, it was Horrible slow service. Mediocre beer. Super salty soup. I wouldn’t go here again.

Nacho Review #78 Every time I had gone to Rock Bottom, I had always gotten a burger. They do a good job at them so why should I stray from what’s good. Well, in this case it’s to find something great! These are the nachos I’ve been looking for all my life(well, more like 5 years since I started Unilocaling). And now it’s time for the NACHOBREAKDOWN! Chips: Absolutely, tortilla chips that didn’t turn soggy one bit. They came out on a baking sheet, a pile of chips that you know went into the oven! Cheese: Yes, real cheese. Not some fake cheese sauce that coagulates in your stomach. This was the good stuff. Perfectly melted and covering almost all of the chips. Toppings: Oh so fresh tomatoes, beans, jalapenos(for the kick) and onions Salsa: Fresh and right in the middle of all the action. Sour cream: On the side, where it belongs. Guacamole: Absolutely! By far the best nachos I’ve had in a very long time. Oh and they pair well with the beers they brew too. I was drinking the Evergreen Red IPA. Cheers!

I expected more from this airport restaurant. The design is great but everything else is almost mediocre. I ordered the Cobb salad and a coffee. It took quite a while to get a Cobb salad, giving me little time to pay my check and get on my flight. The waitress ignored me until I was about to leave, then offered me a coffee refill — sigh. The Cobb salad was just ok. Similar to a Cobb Salad you’d find at a Denny’s. But I was looking for something that should have been quick to make because I was trying to catch a flight. Like everyone in the airport. If you are a restaurant in an airport terminal, wouldn’t you assume everyone is in a rush?

Stopped in for a beer during a layover. Turns out what I ordered ran out after filling half the glass. Bartender insisted he could replace keg in time to fill my glass. He was SOOO slow and didn’t get it done in time, but he charged me full price and there was no time to dispute it as I had to run to my gate. On the plus side, my half a glass of white ale was delicious and I’d like to try more of their beer — just in a different location!

I found a dish here that I really enjoy — the Brewer’s Cobb Salad. It’s loaded with all the goodies one expects on a cob salad. It’s fresh and delicious with a side of bleu cheese dressing. I will agree with many others that service is lacking. It’s slow. The last time I stopped in I thought I had plenty of time, but by the time the salad came I had to shovel it in, which was not fun. And once I was finished, I spent way to much time desperately looking for the waitress so I could get the check and get out. I had to run to catch my flight. So I recommend the Brewer’s Cobb Salad when you have a 2 — 3 hour layover. Anything shorter and, if you’re anything like me, you’ll be stressed. Eating and stress don’t go together very well. Now as good as the Cobb Salad is, if you actually have a 2 — 3 hour layover, there are better places to eat in the airport.
