Courteous tech, reasonable price. Very happy with the overall service and best of all, my clothes dryer works again! Whew.

I called because I smelled something burning near the dryer.
1) He came when he said he would and checked the dryer.
2) Told me there was an electrical issue with the plug, not with the dryer
3) Referred me to a great electrician.
Will use again!

Fantastic from start to finish! Called to let me know he was on his way and arrived promptly at the agreed upon time. Put booties over his shoes to protect our floors when he came in the door. (I’ve NEVER had a service person do that!) Diagnosed the problem very quickly. Said he would need to order a part and would call me when it was in. He scheduled a follow up appointment within just a few days and showed up promptly once again. Had the new part installed and my dishwasher working great in less than an hour. Charged a very fair price. I will call Andrew again in a heartbeat if I have another appliance issue!

Called 5:30 pm Friday, fixed by noon Monday. Dryer with no heat but tumbling, older dryer unable to get heating element. He found it was the connection of the heating element, not the element itself. $ 100. rather than $ 500. for a new machine. Will certainly call again for any appliance needing repair. For an out of town landlord and an anxious tenant, service was THE BEST.

Our washer had started to leak on a Sunday afternoon and continued to get worse with each load. I emailed St Paul Appliance Rescue that evening and received a phone call the next morning stating they could come the following morning. They asked a few questions about the problem we were having and determined it was probably the water pump. They called when they were on their way, and were within the time frame given for the appt. Our washer was fixed within 30 minutes and the cost was well below what we expected to pay. They even re-​balanced the washer for us. Highly recommend!

I had a dryer that stopped spinning. Heat still works. I emailed them on their website and they responded pretty quick, within 15 minutes. They were able to setup an appointment to look at my dryer the next morning. I gotta say, guy did a great job. Found the problem in about 2 minutes (broken belt). Had a new belt in his company van. Fixed the problem in seconds. Also, I had a broken door latch on the dryer I neglected to mention and he fixed it for free. No charge for the latch piece. This was all done in one appointment which took about 15 minutes.
One minor thing is nothing about pricing was mentioned until the job was done, but it was not a big problem since the price was reasonable.
Total expenses for the fix:
Service Fee: $ 99
New Belt: $ 20
New Latch Piece: Free
Total: $ 120 roughly
The $ 99 service seems to cover all labor costs. Anything additional is any part they use to fix/​replace what’s broken in your appliance.

Excellent service, fast, reasonable and recommendation worthy. I called on a Sunday night when I came home to a load of clothes left sopping wet in the washer; the spin cycle failing miserably. He called back within 5 minutes and scheduled time to come out the next day. i didn’t even have to take the load out of the washer. He quickly diagnosed the problem and came prepared with possible parts. He arrived at the moment he said he was going to arrive, texted me 20 minutes before the arrival to confirm and left 37 minutes later. He was prompt, professional, friendly, and my dogs only barked at him for about 20 seconds, so they seemed to trust him too. Highly recommended.

Super duper fantastically awesome service, and incredibly reasonable prices, provided by a friendly and conscientious service technician. Seriously? My wife didn’t want me to write too positive a review as she wants to keep this gem to ourselves, but this was too awesome not to shout it from the rooftops. Our washer broke in two different ways two different times. Its a tired little washer that has to do like 20 loads a week. It tries its best, but sometimes… Well, both times in comes St. Paul Appliance Rescue, and tah-​dah! Fixed like new. He also helped us with our fridge, which had previously been serviced three times by Bonfe’s and not properly repaired. One visit from this guy, and problem solved. St. Paul Appliance Repair is tip-​top — highly recommend.
