Our residential whole house general cleaning list includes living room/​bedroom/​offices, dusting (moving all objects on shelves and tables) vacuuming we move light furniture, clean all glass, side/​coffee tables, and electronics. Kitchen cleaning includes sinks, countertops, fronts of all appliances, hand wash all floors, fronts of cabinets. Bathroom cleaning includes, sinks, counters, tub/​shower and walls, mirrors, inside/​outside of toilets, hand wash floors.

I bought a promotional voucher through living social and the owner Steve would not honor my voucher after he set up a date to do my windows. Their is so much more to this story-​in the end he called me a racist. I don’t care if you are white, black, red, yellow etc. you own a business and I paid for your services-​honor that transaction. I would never do business with the company-​very shady!

Like a previous review said… RUN!!! I wish I would have read these accurate reviews about how terrible this company is before I bought the living social coupon!!! They were horrendous!!! Please save yourself and go with someone else! The owner Couldn’t get me in at a reasonable time because he said I bought it at living social, he took regular paying customers first. So I cancelled my voucher and paid him regularly. So expensive and they were there for 5 minutes! Everyone was very unprofessional… especially the owner! They forgot 3 windows and had to come back out… horrible job, horrible professionalism. I have learned my lesson… never again! I have never dealt with such an unprofessional owner/​company in my life!

Had an appointment all set up, called the day before to confirm and still they did not show up to clean our windows. Tried several times since to reschedule and all I get is voice mail with no return call. I think Living Social needs to stop working with this company who can’t provide the service they advertise. Please stay away from this company, it’s no deal when you can’t get the people to show up to do the work.

I bought a Living Social. They didn’t show up or call for an appointment. I called and spoke to someone who was quite rude and said they just opened for the day & they would call and re-schedule…no call. From what I’ve read on BBB and their Facebook page, I’ll be lucky if I ever get a call or if they even show up appointment. I’m disappointed Living Social would continue working with this company.

Viking Window Cleaning just finished at my home and I found my experience excellent. The owners were very nice and professional. First, they called when they were about 20 minutes away to let me know they were headed over. When they arrived we walked through the house so they could count the windows and we could discuss expectations. All of my windows were cleaned well and quickly. They even removed screens for me in a porch that I couldn’t reach. After I completed a walk through with them to make sure everything was fine. As we completed the walk through they gave me a couple of tips specific to my home and my windows. I really appreciated this. I will use them again next year, for sure.
