I came in to this Walgreen’s for a passport photo. The customer service representative was very helpful and took a nice photo and let me review my photo to see if I liked it and asked if I wished to take another photo. Unfortunately, I just got a call from the passport agency that the photo did not meet their quality and clarity standards as it was too grainy, so I will have to go to another place to get my passport photo taken.

I have always liked Walgreens, however I am extremely annoyed with their check out. They now are using chip card technology and it is terrible. They scanned my card 4 times, then gave up, inly to find out i payed twice. The employees act like I am the only one with this problem. I’ve talked to numerius people with the same issue. Went there days later and the same problem. Now I shop at Target Express across the street. Way easier and the prices are much lower. Walgreens needs to fix this before they lose more customers.

Saturday I wanted to print photos I’d taken with my phone. I’d never done it before. Brian helped with the process beginning to end — chatting and explaining as he did it. He printed my photos — I didn’t have to return. I’ve never had a more pleasant experience at Walgreens. He was helpful, pleasant and knowledgable

I had such a poor experience at this location today. I ordered over $ 25 of photos, only to realize when I got to my car that the quality was compromised. Most of the pictures had lines thru them, others with heads cut off. I went back inside to have them reprinted or receive a refund. The manager on duty, Jason Nygaard was unbelievably rude, unhelpful, and unknowledgable about how to remedy a simple situation. I never received an apology, and was looked over for other customers more than once. I was happy to receive some support and assistance from another gal who worked in a nearby department. By the end of the conversation, my pictures we’re ripped in the trash and Jason couldn’t surmise a simple apology. I expressed my disappointment in his interaction with me, and hope future customers benefit from better business practices. Things happen, printers are sometimes faulty, which is not my issue with Walgreens — although I must say I have had many prints messed up due to a lack of consistency in that department. My issue was with the lack of sincerity and general customer service. Jason Nygaard treated me as if I was a nuisance to his day. Altogether I spent over an hour in the store, leaving without any pictures to bring back to my toddlers! :-(I hope he takes my words to heart, and learns to provide his customers with a higher level of care. All in all, just writing this review to hopefully add some transparency to the poor leadership provided by a manager at my favorite Walgreen’s store.

Three stars for a Walgreens is actually damn impressive, four is amazing. Usually Walgreens are sad places, where Swedish Fish go to become stale, but this location is different. The girl working at the checkout seems to… care? Odd. The pharmacy staff seem to want to… help? Unusual. And overall the store is clean, well organized, and if you seem lost or like you are looking for something the staff ask if they can help you… proactively. Amazing. I know I will be back, and I am interested to see how this location fares in compairson to the location on Snelling and Randolph. That location has a very efficient pharmacy with good staff, but man the rest of the staff is really dodgy.

Nothing like feeling you’re invisible when you go into some store looking for a particular item and receiving no greeting nor any assistance. On a recent Saturday morning, I stopped in here as it was on my way home. I went having a specific item in mind to purchase — cotton squares/cotton rounds. Target has them, as does Walmart, and the Family Dollar Store. Seems that Walgreens would certainly have them. I walked in and saw a ways down the cosmetics aisle two store employees talking with one another. One glanced at me and went back to her conversation. Not having been greeted, I did not walk towards them, instead I went left. I walked slowly as I looked down aisles and read signs hanging above each aisle. I walked completely around the store and down most aisles and found no cotton squares/rounds. Nor even any cotton balls for that matter. For many years in this same location, I always received excellent service from the employees of Snyder Drug. In all of the 10 minutes or so I was in the store, no one approached me asking if they could help me find anything. I walked back out empty-handed and made the trip to Target and found exactly what I needed.

I thought they’d lost their damn minds putting a Walgreens where Snyder’s went belly up. But unlike Snyder’s, it’s not a dump, and there are people around to help. I haven’t fine tooth combed every aisle yet, so I don’t know the rhyme or reason of the layout. But it is bright and roomy in here. Which is why I hate so many of the others because if they aren’t a pain in the ass, the parking lot is. No real complaints there, just that I don’t see a real solution with keeping the cart from rolling away while I load everything in the trunk, like I’m playing a game of Twister. What gets me here in the first place is deals like 3 for $ 1012 pack of Coke or Pepsi products(none for me). The check out usually has plenty of people, some like Drake even friendly and helpful. Now that I think of it, it’s a more serene and less nerve-racking location than the others. I’ve been here quite often already, and thought it deserved a review.

This one is so inviting with its lights that lure you in for a quick glance and to pick up of a few convenient items. Very clean, well lit and well stocked store. A bit pricey for certain items. $ 4 for some super cheap low end, no name batteries– really? I wouldn’t regularly shop at Walgreens, but for a few quick items, for sure. Needed some crisco baking sticks for cookies, they had it. Along with milk and the mini San pellegrino. Not a lot of places carry cold mineral water that I have found. This place had it. Friendly staff. The manager greeted us upon entering. Would drop by again for a few quick items.

Our 1st visit to this new location, we actually on the way to another Walgreens when we saw this one! Nice store, very helpful manager & staff. Huge parking lot compared to the Randolph location we usually go to. Ford Pkwy can get kinda busy, but not the day & time we went. We got our passport pictures taken here. So fast! The nice lady in photo helped us out immediately, got the pic correct, first time, and cut to the correct size. Best price compared to other passport pic photo services(proex, postnet).
