I always order the big trays of chicken wings and cream cheese puffs here. They always have my order ready on time even when i call 30mins ahead. Prices are better here than everywhere else when ordering big trays

Great lunch specials that even run on weekends! We love their Sesame Chicken and their Egg Rolls. We never order the soda since it’s in cans, we get tea instead, so lunch never runs us more than if we ate at a fast food place, and you get more than enough food. This place deserves more credit than it gets. We LOVE Chinese food, and we’re particular about where we eat. This is one of our favorites!

Was very disappointed. Waitress was rude and the food was bad. I ordered chicken in garlic sauce. I could only swallow one scoop as it tasted like pure oil! No sauce. And I can usually eat anything! Also waitress brought spicy wings when we asked for fried and forced us to keep them. My kid didn’t like the beef and broccoli either as it had an overly oil taste too and the meat tasted weird too. The garlic chicken was hardly touched and we asked for it to be taken off bill. She said you order it you pay. Just bad service altogether.

I’ve been sampling the bean curd/tofu and veggie dishes in the area. Most recently, I was at Yang’s in Woodbury. This one was disappointing. It was quite expensive and tasted bland. Mings Garden, which is a few miles south of here, serves a better tasting one and it’s a better value.

yes I know I left 4 stars before for having only canned pop and price but I got it for take out again last night so I had my own beverage at home and didn’t get an appetizer this time as I now know how huge the portions are and I decided this place gets 5 stars based on deliciousness alone. I ordered the kung pao shrimp again and it is to die for. That poster who posted 2 stars and said nothing worth writting home about must be a san francisco china town chinese food snob and think a chinese place in «whiteyville» midwest can’t compare to anything they have, which Mn has the 2nd highest asian population in the country so why wouldn’t we have an abundance of great chinese restaurants like«china town»? This place rocks and hits the spot.

small portions for such high prices. i once ordered a chicken wing combo… the chicken wings weren’t fresh. had an odd fishy smell to them. neither was it your typical fried chicken youd expect at a chinese place. it had a thick flour-y breading and the wings themselves were cut in half. weird. make the trip to mings garden a few miles down the road. you wont be disappointed.

Okay… can I barf now! I found a great review on another site and went for it. OMG… I have no idea what the heck they were eating, but the crapola that was served at Yin Yang Chinese Restaurant in Maplewood MN was by far some of the worse Chinese food I have eaten in a long time. Both people there spoke no English except for«You Ready Order?» «Coke or Pepsi?» and«You want box?» sorry… they knew«Thank you» too. They should be thanking me, for blowing $ 40 on CRAPOLA there. My purse is still mad at me for getting my wallet out. I ordered the salted spare ribs because the review on the other site sounded like they would be superb. HELLO… they were deep fried pork fat. I told Mrs. Yang when she stopped over to ask«You want box?» that they were terrible. She walked away and stood over by the cash register and waited for us to figure out you have to get up and walk over there and that the service was OVER. DONOTGOTOTHISRESTAURANT! SAVE your money. Fortune cookie was stale too! DANG! Try North China a bit North up the road. I wish I didn’t have to give Yin or Yang a star! Unilocal — please reformat your side so you can give thumbs up or thumbs down.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times, once as a take-out customer, and found the food to be great quality, carefully prepared with huge portion sizes. I feel I’ve found that mythical restaurant that doesn’t look like much from the outside but treasures are contained within.

Small buffet-five bucks. Waiting for my car to get fixed-so we grabbed lunch… nothing to write home about.
