Even though I have recently become a Realtor, I have been involved with real estate in the area for my entire professional career. Over the past 30 years I’ve owned multiple businesses in St. Petersburg all dealing directly or indirectly with property management. My experience combines both commercial properties and residential properties. I have lived in Pinellas county since 1970 and have chosen to remain in this area to raise my family. Having lived in the Tampa Bay area for over 45 years I have an extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods and the feel of our community. Professionally I have owned and operated several successful businesses in both downtown St. Petersburg and on Treasure Island. In addition I have experience with purchasing, restoring and selling residential properties.
