Three times in a row, three incorrect orders. Tonight, a pile of lettuce, pickles, mayo and croutons that made no sense and a missing salad. Last time, it was someone else’s order — in part. Time before that, just about everything was wrong. Terrible, terrible work on the restaurant end. Drivers are awesome.

This is the Imo’s that delivers to my house. I think they need a new pizza oven. I always order my pizza extra crispy and it still shows up with a soft, soggy crust every single time. The Imo’s on Jungermann is a hundred times better. I’m assuming that these two locations are owned by different franchisees.
It’s also ridiculous to pay $ 25 after the tip for a 14″ pizza with a small salad. Totally overpriced but sometimes I crave Imo’s and there’s nothing I can do about it.
The only redemption tonight was the quick and friendly delivery.
