Was skeptical about taking my son to get his hair done. He assured me he paid 25 – 28 dollars. Not much more than a decent cut from other establishments
I agreed made the appointment. The «stylist» that usually cut, sorry styled, his hair had moved on. She recommended a new «stylist». We showed up for our appointment 10 minutes early out of courtesy. We did not see the stylist until 10 minutes after the scheduled time. The hair was cut and we proceeded to the check out person. «Okay with stylist so and so it will be 39 dollars, would you like me to add a gratuity? «I did and signed the slip. Here is my lament you have his history on the computer, you asked questions when I made the appointment, would it been ok to maybe inform me of the cost increase or YOUR policy of Jr stylist vs Sr stylist. If his mother chooses to continue to take him there I will be surprised, I know I will not or even recommend them. Not a big problem though, not many in my circle are seeking salon recommendations. But Cottleville is a small town.

I chose Salon De Christe’ for a trim. I recently moved and had been putting off searching for a new stylist. I made an appointment and was all ready to walk out the door when I realized that I had left my keys in my husband’s car. I hopped on my bike and rode down, arriving a few minutes late. They were very nice, and pointed me in the direction of refreshments. That was a very welcome glass of water! I was pleased with my haircut and appreciated the little gift on the way out. I think that I may have gotten lucky and found my new hair salon on my first try!

Over 10 years ago, I called this salon, told them my hair type and asked if they had someone who could style my hair and make me look great. I am still going to the same stylist (Denise) and she does a fantastic job! I’ve used all the other services… mani/​pedi, massage… it’s great to go to one place for it all!

Love Salon de Christe and my stylist Tammy W. I have been a customer for many years and won’t change anytime soon. I get so many compliments on how great my hair looks! I suggest Salon de Christe to everyone. I think the fact they continue training and learning new techniques is what puts them above everyone else, they know and use the newest and best. Love, love, love!

After reading some of the other reviews, I feel I must put in my two cents. I’ve gone to Salon De Christe’ for over ten years. Yes for the most part I go to the same stylist each time but I have been known to experiment. If, and that’s a big if, I have received a bad cut or color the salon will do what they can to correct the issue. This is done at no extra charge as they feel they are responsible for making it right.

not only did the lady who did my hair say that she «doesn’t really like that at all» in response to a picture of what I wanted, she proceeded to give me some shitty half-​ass interpretation of what she prefers. It’s my hair, not yours, so it should never matter what style YOU don’t really like. My hair was patchy and eight different colors. It was nothing like what I asked for or what I think she was attempting to do.
when leaving the salon and looking in the mirror, I couldn’t help but cry. I paid good money so someone could make me feel bad about myself.
Sad to say that after paying $ 130, I paid even more money to get my hair fixed the next day because I had several friends and family comment on how awful it was. I decided to cut my losses and just chalk it up to Midwest/​amateur cosmetology at its best, but I will never return and vow to tell everyone about my multiple bad experiences at this location. THANKS for absolute nothing.

I have not seen a stylinst at this location before so I called to ask for a recommendation for a stylist and they didn’t listen to what I wanted they just put me with who was available. I went last week and will never go back to this location. I saw Linda Hawley and although she was very nice it is the worst cut and color I have ever had. I said I did not want to go real short and my hair is now shorter than my husbands, I told her a certain style I did not want and as she cut my hair she stopped and said it did not look right and she wasn’t sure where to go with it… while sure enough she went shorter and with the style I asked not to have and it is a bad job at that style at best. When I got to my car and looked in my car window I just wanted to cry.

I’ve gone to this location for many years and won’t let anyone else touch my hair. I can only speak to their stylists, waxers, and makeup artist as I have not experienced their spa services yet.
Yes, they are a tad pricey, but I believe you get what you pay for. I tried going to a couple different salons to try and save a bit of money, but in not so many words, I came back and will not stray.
Since I usually go quite a bit of time between cuts, I never can remember who did my hair last. So I always ask for a recommendation and warn them that I’m pretty picky so to give me a stylist that I can work with. I’ve always received great service and always pleased with my cut. Most recently I worked with April who was a newer designer. Honestly, I was a bit nervous with her being new, but decided to give her a shot. She was awesome! I gave her a picture and after some suggestions by her, she gave me a cut that I (and most around me) love! When I’ve gotten highlights, they ask for a color and since I’m not always sure, they’ve made recommendations and it always turns out great. No complaints on their waxing or makeup services either. Also, it seems like they stay pretty booked, but they are always willing to work with me to get me in even if it’s last minute.
I definitely recommend this salon to anyone.

best dayspa in st charles county by far!!! i cannot say enough about the owners, managers and stylists here. I was invited into this incredible salon as soon as the door was opened for me. The staff coordinators at the desk were so knowledgeable! They knew exactly what i needed. I could not have felt better when i left. Got lots of compliments on my new look from my friends. i felt like a new woman!!!
