Very nice on the phone, but very slow process.
I started a new job and was told my manager had been in contact with TNT about a golf cart we needed to rent. Called and they had never heard of us. So I made a new request for a rental order and waited for the invoice. 4 weeks later, after numerous calls to remind them to send the invoice… I had still not received anything. We canceled our order through them because I was afraid we would never get a golf cart delivered.
Within 1 business day I called Midwest Golf Car & Equipment Rental and they sent me the invoice and had wonderful customer service on the phone. My company is now using them for our event.
