Where do I begin… I stopped here after trying to install my own system. Yes, I cut the wiring like an idiot because some old guy from BB told me to. Yes, I made a boo-​boo. Did the installer have to tell me that over and over again while he complained that now he had to work after hours to fix it? Did he fix it? No. They sold me the overpriced connector and decided it wasn’t worth their time to fix my Jeep and sent me on my way. The professionalism in this place is non-​existent and I wouldn’t send a sole here.

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Horrible experience, underrated wiring, was promised custom ported box was given prefab with no ports. Every piece they removed has fallen off due to broken tabs. Will not let you leave store with written estimate. Beware!!!
