I’ve been going to Biff Burger for many years and I have never had a bad meal there… Ever. You have to wait several minutes in the drive thru but it’s because they make everything as ordered and it is totally worth the wait! Unlike every drive thru in town, they’ve never messed up an order or forgotten anything. They are always friendly and their food is amazing, especially the crispy and hot tater tots. Thank you Biff Burger for always maintaining consistency and never sacrificing quality.

Great burger, great staff I don’t get here often unless I have a rare meeting in St. Petersburg. The place is always hopping. Worth the wait!

Fun place to ride the motorcycle to. Even though I don’t eat red meat much anymore; I had to try their burger. I am happy to say I made a great decision :) it was so juicy and mouth watering good. Friendly service at the bar w a huge menu to choose from. We watched the hockey game, listened to a good band, checked out many cool bikes, drank cold beer, had a delicious burger, and ended the night w a great motorcycle ride back over the skyway bridge :) FUN

Stopped here while on vacation. BBQ beef sandwich was delicious and a massive amount of beef. Cole slaw and BBQ beans were the best ice ever had !!! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back here!!!

The parking lot was intimidating I never got out hit the drive thru customer service also intimidating or just plain rude. Had heard so many wonderful things about these burgers and my boyfriend and I just don’t seem to understand why people eat here. If you are a biker this is the spot but general public beware. It seems dirty I know it is an older spot but for the price I am paying I could go eat somewhere without having to deal with bikers and rebel flags.

Horrible customer service from Crystal… who is a veey nasty person. Extremely rude. My fathers burger was undercooked and when we asked for a refund on the item she made a big deal about it and treated me with blatant disrespect. A girl who obviously doesn’t care about her job at all. When we were waiting in line 2 other people walked out because she wouldn’t even acknowledge them. there was no hi how are you. It was just what do you want. When i told her she obviously didn’t listen because my order came out wrong. When i told hwr she was being rude and needed to work on her customer service skills she told me that shes worked there for 11 years and knows what shes doing. Never once did she smile. Never once did she apologize. If the owners keep this girl on they are CRAZY because she is directly losing them cystomers. I doubt i will ever return.

Whenever we visit my dad in St Pete, we go to Biff’s. Casual good food. Service can be a little slow, and I got a chocolate shake when I ordered vanilla(both taste great). They offer breakfast and a long list of burgers and bbq. Very reasonable prices!

We came here on a recommendation from our neighbor. The burgers were good BUT it wasn’t really my thing. They have a ‘special sauce’ on them which is really just a barbeque sauce. I myself am not a big fan of barbeque so it kinda tainted the burger for me. The fries on the other hand were some of the best I’ve had :) Weird 60’s atmosphere but I enjoyed it. Strangely enough there were lots of bikers there too.

This is a classic drive in– a rarity of its kind left. when you pull in there are a few options for dining. To the left is the take out/self service– no waitress option. In the center is the bar, beer and wine, and classic waitress service. It’s outdoors but all covered. There are TVS to catch games. You can get the classic biff menu or the BBQ at both. It is all cash only. The third option is on the right and its ice cream, shakes and sundaes. Stick to the classics here, the burgers are always good. They have that perfectly charbroiled taste and the cheese is always nicely melted. Don’t be weirded out by the biff burgers coming in plastic wrap– it traps the steam in and makes the burgers flavors all melt together. They also have a drive thru if your on the run but want a quick bite. Very casual, local hangout.

This for me is a childhood favorite! The traditional Biff Burger is flat, kind of like a McDonald’s hamburger but it’s cooked to order and dipped in the most amazing sauce! Make sure to ask for extra Biff sauce. The tater tot’s are always crispy and hot. The milkshakes are all so delicious. Cheap and delicious fast food, some of the best fast food you will ever eat!

This is a classic drive in, typical of what one would have seen in my childhood. I mean this place seems to stepped right of the 1960’s, pre Vietnam War protests. Ok sure you have the classic car/cycle shows weekly, but on a hot summer Friday night it’s awful hard to beat a cold draft beer in a paper cup with the live band playing(and goofing with the patrons). But the main thing-that good old time drive in food! Cooked to order, I mean it’s just tasty, real tater tots, deep fried not baked for goodness sake! Yes my cardiologist may not be pleased but it’s hard to pass those half pound char grilled burgers delivered hot to your table. Chicken strips may be children’s fare but man they are tasty! I’ll be honest I’ve never tried the BBQ but folks rave about it. Chicken wings are great too. Man I’m getting hungry again. No, not much to look at, but a true blast from the past. And great breakfast joint too! Real SOS if you so desire. Well check it out before they tear it down and make another WAWA station there. Like we need another WAWA!

The food is pretty much average for a burger place, however there is a huge selection on the menu of other items if you are not in the mood for a burger. The cleanliness is about that of McDonalds or Burger King. Its an old time atmosphere great for middle and older age folks.

If you like roaches crawling around your feet while you eat a frozen bubba burger patty and high school cafeteria tater tots then this is your place, if you enjoy Fresh food and a clean atmosphere then don’t bother eating here, your much better off going to 5 guys, at least the meat is fresh.

I happened to spot this while driving down the road and decided to come back and try it. However, when I pulled in I was confused where the burger place was and the BBQ place was. It appeared to be open eating and looked to me like more of a bar/food/BBQ outside with lots of liquor. I had a young child in the car and didn’t feel it would be appropriate to go in. The parking was very bad as well.

Not off to a good start… order delivered incorrect side item, however the service is very good and there is plenty to look at as far as the way the restaurant is laid out. However I do miss the big burger sauce that used to come on the original before back in the day. Is one of those places that you remember as a child but you remember it differently, better. It’s a good place for the family however have to say if you are a large let man like myself you’re going to find the chairs and tables and very uncomfortable.

Biff Burger has survived and thrived since the 1950’s, while sooo many other joints have come and gone. Why? They are genuine and do not pretend to be anything else. Biff Burger is a proud, low-brow, DIVE that makes really excellent hamburgers! I have dined-in a lot over the years, but now mainly just hit the drive-thru. Biff’s can get REALLY crowded on their themed«motorcycle» or «classic car» nights. If you like crowds, by all means, go join the fun! A big part of their secret is the antique«roto-broiler» they use. The char-grilled taste of the burgers combined with the toasted buns, and their secret sauce is truly wonderful and like nothing else in our area! I often get a bag full of regular Biff burgers for my fix: just a simple char-grilled patty/toasted bun/biff sauce… but wow! A bargain at $ 1.29 each. I take home a sack full to share. Heavily sauced! You will lick your fingers… Those preferring a more classic, fully-dressed burger should try Biff’s «Super Deluxe.» An excellent and respectable burger offering that still puts other local«popular» Mom-and-Pop burgers joints to shame. Plus, BIFF’s has 13 other«gourmet» burger combinations for your taste buds to explore further… Want fries? How about hot, chubby, and salty TATERTOTS instead? Boom! Biff’s has an extensive menu. I’ve tried many things here and all were really good, but always go back to the humble, sauced Biff burger and tater tots. I really wished I lived closer! So if you don’t mind loud, often beer-soaked, event dining, try Biff’s on one of their themed«hot rod/bike» nights. You will likely have a blast! For me, the pure-hamburger-glory served here is now best reserved for take-out, where either solo or with friends, we can more quietly appreciate and savor just why BIFFBURGER is still standing strong after half of a century and beyond…

Biff Burger is more than a restaurant, it’s a unique element of fast food history. This location is the last remaining Biff Burger! What does Biff mean? Biff stands for«Best in Fast Food!» Honestly, their food is pretty darn good and it’s all made to order. You can get tator tots, fries, many kinds of burgers both large and small and cooked any way you like, and also a massive assortment of BBQ from the attached Buffy’s. All drinks include free refills! Even better, the service is friendly and fun, which is highly unusual for any other fast food restaurant in existence, as far as I know. For unknown reasons, everyone seems to enjoy working there, they are polite, and go out of their way to help out. Please don’t forget to tip when you order at the counter and always bring cash, as that is the only way to pay!

Remember those restaurants you saw in movies &TV shows where the locals come to celebrate after their quarterback threw the winning touchdown in the state championship game? Biff’s totally reminded me of that place. I always passed this place on many occasions and was really curious to check this place out. I figured that any place that can still manage to stay in business for generations in the ever changing landscape of retail chains dominating the Tampa food scene has got to be good right? Speaking for the restaurant side of it, this place has got that total local feel and family vibe that Applebee’s can only wish to become. Touted as a Tampa Bay tradition since the 1950’s, upon opening the doors and stepping inside to order you immediately feel the nostalgia and vintage feel of the place. Their selection of food choices and variations on classic American food staples such as burgers, hot dogs & sandwiches can be quite overwhelming especially if you’re a first timer but I say it’s always better to have more than less right? They even have tater tots & homemade ice cream on the menu which adds to the mom and pop feel of this classic. The prices for their home cooked ready to order meals can also be greatly appreciated as you don’t have to break the wallet to enjoy and stuff your faces here with the ENTIRE family. I ordered the super cheese deluxe ¼ lb burger which to me tasted like a whopper from burger king but at half the price. The tater tots were good but the order was a little on the small side for a medium sized portion, nothing too spectacular. The Krautdog had a hefty portion of sauerkraut which was nice but was a little cold. I really wanted to try a milkshake but didn’t want to go back online and wait as their orders were backed up for about 15 minutes(due to the lunch rush?) so ill save it for the next time. On weekends, the Biff parking lot can be seen with vintage car shows and they also do much for the local community as evidenced by their posters on the wall — THANKYOU! If you want to take a trip back to time and experience what a classic American restaurant is like, come check out Biff”s and experience it for yourself!

A wonderful dive in St. Pete that is just a really fun experience. I went on a night where they were having a cruise in and saw a lot of great vintage cars. I know Biff Burger does bike night two nights a week and has antique car contests as well. Biff Burger has the old-school feel that is hard to find these days. It feels like you stepped into the 50s when you walk into the place. As far as the food goes, their burgers are pretty good. I got the mushroom and cheddar burger per the recommendation of my server and wasn’t disappointed. I also ordered a side of the famous Biff special sauce, which tasted a little bit like BBQ sauce but not — it had a little kick to it, and it was delicious with my burger and my tater tots! The tots were great, by the way. I’m already a fan of this place and know I’ll keep coming back. A great change of pace from the typical restaurant experience. Prices are fair, service is friendly, and the atmosphere can’t be beat.
