Burger King

Best Burger King ever!!! I have been a regular at this burger king for years because it’s right next to my work and where I used to live. Hands down their service is exceptional! Everyone that works there has a great attitude and really seem to take pride in their job and trying to please their customers. Also, in well over a hundred orders… they haven’t ever screwed up an order. That’s impressive!

ok I’m taking them down to two stars. I went in today to get a drink, that’s all I wanted. .. a drink. I order one and hand my card to the lady behind the counter and she says. .. «oh».. . and looks at me like I just kicked her puppy. .. «our credit card machine isn’t working». Now I get that, I totally, get that it happens and I understand but she looks at me like its ~my~ fault. Look, a large Diet coke probably costs them 2 cents including the cup. The smart play here would have been to give me the cup and say «Here our machine isn’t working we’re sorry, have your drink on us» I would have been a fan for LIFE. But instead, I’ll never go back. It’s ok though you should really never eat at Burger King anyway it’s really REALLY bad for you.

Did breakfast late morning, with a breakfast sandwich discount coupon. A ham croissant for less than half price, can’t beat that. The kind cashier Dianne took my order and did not give me a receipt. They had some order confusion and another guy that got there after me got his first, so five minutes after the sandwich was sitting on the shelf they finally figure out that it was my order. She did apologize and the sandwich was fine. Small decaf for a buck was fine too. The place is clean and recently remodeled. So convenient across from the mall and bus depot.

Looooong wait at the drive thru with no apologies, our order was incorrect, no apologies, asked to «pull around and wait», again, no apologies as bag was handed over. Iced tea had no ice.

Always the best tasting and freshest burgers… orders never wrong… never staffed by né’er-do-wells…way to go mgmt!!!
