Hooked On Kiteboarding offers lessons in kiteboarding to beginner kiteboarding students who want to master the art of kiteboarding as soon as possible.

It would not have been possible for us to be so successful without the dedicated effort and commitment of our energetic and knowledgeable instructors. It is our goal to make you a kiteboard surfer within the shortest time possible. You should be spending more hours in the field doing kiteboarding and enjoying every moment of it than in the instruction room.

Nonetheless, that is not to say that our lessons are not fun. In fact, you will enjoy your time with us. Many of our customers come to us after being referred by a family member or friend. History

Established in 2009.

Although kiteboarding was patented in 1978, it was still a unheard of sport in 2005. In the Tampa Bay Area with its minimum exposer dew to the lack of safety in the kites. The kite community was small but somehow I was offered a lesson from a friend of a friend. I ended taking the lesson and was instantly HOOKED. The feeling of being the driver and the rider equals, Total freedom! In 2007 as kite equipment evolved more and more people wanted to learn. Safety in the kites became night and day compared to previous years. You now were able to depower the kite 100% and had larger wind ranges in kite sizes. In 2009 I decided to make kiteboarding more than a passion but a way of life. I started doing private advance lessons and tours around Florida and now offering a full service kiteboarding shop. We offer retail, repair and lessons.

Now Kiteboarding is the fastest growing watersport in the world!
