The review I originally submitted has been placed in the not recommended portion of this website. I stand very strongly against this company for the way they conduct business. My issue is exactly the same as the issue from the reviewer in 2012 whose review was also placed in the not recommended portion of the site. Mark Bogue is not to be trusted in the business field. He told me himself that he has settled MANY accounts for pennies on the dollar — so I know my elderly parents are not the only ones who have lost a significant amount of money due to his business practices.

Mark Bogue has helped me with more than one real estate situation. If you are thinking, «How can I sell my house fast,» you will want to contact Property Solutions of Tampa Bay. You will appreciate the straight-​forward no BS approach when you need to sell you house quickly for cash.

So, two weeks after I received a letter from owner, Mark Bogue’s colleague from «We Buy Houses» listed at this same business address, I received another letter from Mark. At first, I thought it might be an apology due to the fact that I posted a few negative reviews regarding (in my opinion) his questionable practices and lack of research prior to sending notice that he would buy my dead mother’s home, 6 weeks after it was already sold. No, this latest letter is even more comprehensive, stating they can help me settle my mother’s estate in totality, which has been complete for a month now.
Mark, request that you, and other «agents» like you cease this practice, unless you are going to reach out to better undersand what the circumstances are before randomly sending out these letters. You missed the boat on this totally, and I find it very inappropriate that you continue to send me correspondence with obviously no care.
