My wife and I had a home wedding and were needing to rent an indoor dance floor and linens. After making phone calls and emails to two other rental companies in the area and never getting a response, we found All Star. Lindy at All Star was very friendly and flexible with our rental order even a week before our event date when we needed to change linen sizes and quantity. After a phone call, she emailed me just moments after with a revised contract to make sure we weren’t getting billed for linens we didn’t need and confirmed the delivery time would work. Our delivery guy(unfortunately in the craziness of set-up and cleaning I didn’t catch his name) was there right at the agreed times to install/break down the dance floor and drop off/pick up the table cloths. He was friendly, efficient, and careful. He confirmed that the dance floor wouldn’t damage the carpet and he was right. The dance floor was a big success and helped make our wedding a lot of fun. Overall, we’d definitely use All Star again if we needed rentals for an event!

All Star is actually at a new location on 19th, still in Salem. I looked around for a while and found All Star to be the most helpful in addition to high quality. I had a very specific image I was going for and with their excellent selection and helpful staff(Lindy) it all worked out very well. Pricing was competitive and the overall experience was smooth. I also really like that they have nice white chairs that are more curved and fancy in the back. They looked fantastic and were actually REALLY comfortable. Much more attractive than other chairs we had looked at. On our wedding day(MIDJULY!) it was raining and so we had to last minute order a tent for the table area. All Star was SO helpful and kept me from having a melt down. I’d highly recommend All Star for any rental needs.
