Natural /Organic ingredients we can all pronounce. Thin crust pizza cooked in a stone deck oven. We start with an organic dough that is just beautiful. Only DOP San Marzano tomato sauce is used then Oregano is sprinkled on. Fresh BelGioioso Mozzarella and mild provolone is hand dropped on one a a time, your organic /nitrate /nitrite free toppings go on and when we pull your Amazing Pizza from the oven it gets a hard Pecorino Romano finish. Sandwiches and Subs are built on Iggie’s bread of the word — Rolls or Maria and Richardo’s — Wraps and organic /nitrate /nitrite free ingredients. Same for our Salads and what ever else Jax is cooking up like meatballs. J & J
History
Established in 2011.
Three years of work to get it all in-place and then we opened, what 5 or 6 weeks ago. Amazing Pizza will always be a work in progress as Jacqui will not compromise on a thing. If a vendor sends the wrong item or a replacement item she is checking the ingredients and it will go back if it is not Amazing for you. That is why we make our Dressings and do not use bad oils or corn sweetener.
