Leo, the store manager is a real people person. He has been in charge of this store since about June 2015. He has made tons of staff adjustments and worked with the staff on training and product knowledge. It is a full service Corporate Store, not one of those authorized retailers. I have read reviews about having to wait crazy amounts of time for help but here is the issue. I have been in here on many days and literally 6 staff members are standing around because there is not any traffic. Then I could be in the same day a few weeks later and the same amount of staff and the place is a mad house! Tell me if you went to Verizon you would not have the same issue with a wait? If you have even seen the chaos in that place than AT&T is vacation. Sprint has awful service as does T-Mobile(kiosk) so I don’t really take those two into account. They take their time with each customer and you would get the same in return when it is your turn. Ask a million questions, go over specific more detailed questions, etc. The store also takes appointments for Business Accounts or those looking to setup a business account. If you are in the store and the mall is going to close this team will hang out with you until you are done. I actually have been in the store over 2 hours after the mall closed and NOBODY was rushing me out because we had work to finish.

I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S6(not from this store) and I needed AT&T to assist me with swapping phones and service. Brad immediately assisted me and got me up and running in no time. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave me some info on apps and the new phone, which I appreciated. I still like AT&T and the overall cell service they provide, but do feel that the prices on phones and equipment are overpriced.

This place was really horrible, when I walked into the atmosphere no one meet or greet me. They were all just on their phone. Honestly I know it’s a «phone» store and all but it doesn’t give you the right to act all high and mighty and ignore customers. Like seriously I’m the one who is actually trying to catch their attention but they were still too busy to notice me. I dont know if they are prejudice or what not. Maybe cause I’m Asian or cause I don’t «look» like I have money to buy a phone. I’m mainly going to pheasant lane mall for the att customer service now. Atleast they appreciate me being there and accept my service.

Well this is for AT&T in general. I cannot wait to leave. My service is horrible and I don’t seem to be getting anywhere from tech support. Very unhappy they have been supposedly working on my problem for months! I understand you can’t get service everywhere but I have to have it at my house. Either fix it or let me go elsewhere. That’s all I’m asking and considering I’ve been with them 13 years.

One star is far too high a score. I just left this att store and I gotta say the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in person. There was a situation where I needed to return a sim card and go phone card, after speaking to a rep over the phone prior I was told to go into the store and they would handle it that the account was notated. Before I could even explain the first guy Omar(assistant manager) cut me off and just said no we don’t do that. Never even touched the computer, never asked me to explain, never checked my account. The second guy, Elvin(his card says he’s the store manager but the way he acted there is no way that’s possible) joined in on the conversation and I started to explain what I was told. I’m mid sentence and this guy just turns and walked away to see his boy. Now I’m pissed so Omar says well let me call the 800 number for you??? Uhh ok I’m talking to the manager and assistant manager but good let’s call. 10 minutes into the call Omar walks away! So another 15 minutes goes by and I asked Elvin who has now made his way back to the counter where Omar went. He tells me he’s on break. Really? I hung up the phone and had to argue with Elvin to look at my account. Dude takes his sweet time pulling my account up continuing to have an extremely rude, condescending attitude with me. I finally was fed up I had my words with both of them and left. By the way if you guys ever see this I called on my own and it took me over an hour but it has been handled. Thanks for your extremely lack of competence.

Excellent service at this location. I visited several AT&T stores in search of an elusive Black Friday special and these guys were by far the most helpful. Quickly found me some units in stock and even took the time to order an extra unit from another store.

Came here with a friend who was going to upgrade her line. There were a couple of girls standing by the door ready to take customers info and get someone to help. Appears everyone was busy with someone and seems to be a long wait. Friend asked if her phone can be charged in the meanwhile by leaving it in store while browse around mall since there would be a wait. Girl said no but can stand by and charge by one of the display ones. We waited awhile and doesn’t seem to be any quicker. The girls were nice but around the weekends and especially on holidays perhaps they should have staffed more appropriately. We ended up not upgrading and just left.
