Established in 1994.

CAC Mechanical Services, Inc. is a family owned and operated business. The two owners, Bruce Dearden and Bob DeCesare have been in the business for more than 90 years combined. Their son’s, Brian Dearden and Rob DeCesare have nearly 60 years of combined experience between them.

We’ve built a reputation of integrity, honesty and ability to get the job done on time and on budget.

We work with general contractors and owners alike. We bid plan & spec. work as well as design-​build for residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Business Owner

Bruce Dearden is the President of CAC Mechanical. He has over 40 years of experience in the HVAC business. He has extensive knowledge in many phases of HVAC and piping including; refrigeration, chilled water & hot water/​steam systems, makeup air systems just to name a few.
