From start to finish they lied, deceived, and withheld information throughout the whole process. Buying a home is stressful. You don’t need more stress. The loan processor is RUDE. Statements like «I don’t have time for you, you aren’t the only loan I am working on.» They don’t return phone calls, or let you know if there is a problem. I have spoken to so called managers and they are the same. Do yourself a favor and chose a different lender.
