these guys are great… not sure why i didn’t give them 5 stars before… :)

At first, it seemed to be a good experience but I realized the day after I picked up my order that 5 pages were printed upside down. I checked my original file and it seemed to be in order, so I went back.
When I returned to the shop, the owner was quite annoyed that he couldn’t prove the printing error was my fault — he acted as if I was making out like a bandit by getting 5 letter-​sized prints redone. In fact, the other guy had printed 6 copies and he made a big dramatic point of removing the extra copy before giving me the stack.
At that point it was like, really? I had to delay a mailing, drive back to Salem, pay to park and walk here in the freezing cold and you’d rather throw a finished print in the trash than give me one extra copy? I saw the kind of person I was dealing with. It’s a shame because if he hadn’t been so petty about it, this would have been a very positive review.
