I own a condo in Haverhill, MA. I Had a kitchen sink that separated from the granite counter. Called probably 10 businesses before I found one that would help. — Fixtures etc. The voice on the other end of the line was the owner. She was, and is, VERYPLEASANT, VERYKNOWLEDGEABLE, and VERY willing to help. It is difficult to have a small project that a company will take on… to busy, too small a job… not enough money. Not with Fixtures etc. The owner was eager to help. I can’t tell you what a great contact she is. I HIGHLYRECOMMEND Fixtures, etc.

We had a great experience at Fixtures. We are very pleased with our new bathroom, the staff was very helpful and went over and above in helping us pick out what works best for my wife and I.

We purchased granite countertops, a Frankie kitchen sink and faucet and a bathroom sink from the Bath and Kitchen Showroom. Despite our rather sizeable purchase, the customer service we received was deplorable. On the day of installation: 1. Our windowsill had to be cut to accommodate the back splash because measurements were wrong. 2. The backsplash in the kitchen still has an area with about ½″ space between the wall and granite. 3. We had to wait 2 weeks with our guest bathroom a mess for the back splash to be re-cut because it did not fit. 4. The installers drilled into the new granite to attach our dishwasher, weakening the granite. Installers did not seal the granite after completion. Despite many calls to the showroom, no one helped us. The owner, Trudy, insisted that the countertops had been sealed. She did arrange for the bathroom back splash to be re-cut however, never offered an apology or any complimentary service as compensation for our inconvenience. We submit this review to help all those considering«doing business» with the Fixtures Etc., run the other way!
