Much better than Green Apple. They have lots of great flavors, sweet and tangy. The interior has a hi-tech feel to it as if in a spacecraft or alternate universe. Service was great too with attentive staff.

Great yogurt place, but they’re never open when their window or Unilocal say they are. They’ve been closed the past 5 times I’ve tried to go(evening and afternoon). I get the impression their staff is either taking off when they’re not supposed to, or they never update their hours.

I bought a groupon for 3 — $ 10 off coupons, and really regretted it. The first trip I thought it was cool that they had cookies that could be placed in the bottom of the cup… until I tried to eat the cookie at the end. It was hard as a rock! Must have been sitting out for a week. The flavor and taste of the frozen yogurt was ok that trip also. The next 2 times I went there, the frozen yogurt had almost no taste. It was like they barely put any flavoring into the fro yo mix. Cost savings attempt? The cookie for the bottom of the cups were rock hard every trip and the service was lackluster. They struggled with the groupon one trip and didn’t take off the correct amount. I had the girl at the counter re-do it and she seemed really irritated. Overall, not at all impressed.

They have tart! Flavors are better than other frozen yogurt places around salem. Service was a joke. Person working at the time was unattentive and distracted. Only gave 3 people 2 sample cups. And the design is hilarious, looks like a business for graphic design or something. Made to look like a corporation, creepy alien lights, and I hope it’s owned by a local citizen but I can’t be sure. Lots of free parking, and plenty of topping options, good price at 47 cents an ounce. In the display behind the front desk counter they have a bunch of milk jugs and yogurt containers, not very appealing advertising. Lots of places to sit though, is nice.

They really need to pair the flavors better. Coconut with Cake Batter — me thinks not… However, the mango went great with the coconut — they were just in 2 separate machines and I wasn’t able to swirl them. The topping bar is OK — the marshmallows were stale though!!!

I’m scared to go back… so I probably won’t, and here’s why. Today, my husband and I had a froyo date, and Frozation was a bad choice. A trio of moms were chatting while their children wreaked havoc in the store: yelling, running around, climbing on tables and couches, crawling on the floor, etc. As my husband was selecting his choice of toppings, one of the children ran over, plunged his floor-crawling hands into a topping tub, and ate what he grabbed. The mothers chatted on, completely oblivious, or so we thought. A few minutes later, two of the kids grabbed toppings with their hands. The mothers again didn’t do anything about it. At this point, we were concerned that the kids not only were polluting the toppings, but also possibly stealing with no repercussions. Lo and behold, they weren’t stealing because we soon realized that one or all of the mothers had some partnership with the company(which probably doesn’t make it any better). One of the mothers went behind the counter and grabbed a bunch of water bottles for the kids, and we overheard that mom reprimand her child to stop pulling out so many napkins because«Daddy’s the one who has to pay for those.» Well, we were relieved to see that the kids weren’t stealing, but appalled by the lackadaisical attitude of the moms and the business as a whole. Oh, and we figured out why the kids just grab toppings with their hands instead of using tongs: we saw one mom reach her bare hand in to grab a cookie for her kid. Overall, we’re concerned and uncomfortable about the cleanliness of the food, and we wonder if the company is this careless with everything. To make a long story short, we’re not going back.

This place has yummy options and is great if you’re looking for a club/lounge atmosphere, but if you’re just hoping to get your family some froyo on an afternoon, it’s sub par. There are only two tables that are regular height that can host a high chair. If those are occupied, you’re stuck trying to balance your toddler on a bar stool or showing them how to balance a bowl while reclined on a leather sofa(no thanks). Also a problem for my young family was the FOUR big screen televisions. If they just hosted sports games, I’d understand, but they’ve hosted a variety of stuff both times we were in and both times I had to request they turn the channel on one of the screens for the sake of my kids. The first time because there was a Dateline type show on that was showing a reenactment of a rape/murder. The second was because CSI was on and showing… well…CSI stuff. Hardly appropriate for my 5, 3, and 2 year olds. And we were there in the afternoon both times, not at all at «adult content» hours. So, great place… just not for families. I hope they make a few easy changes to make it more kid friendly during daytime hours.

A group of ninjas were chasing me downtown salem and after fighting them off with my epic fast ninjas skills it was time to grab some froyooo. The place was very neat and had a cool atmosphere about it. I had the time to test 3 flavors since I had taken care of the ninja clan. They all tasted great. I put a cinnamon roll(which tasted great) on my chocolate ice cream and ate till my heart was happy. I gave it 4 stars cause I didnt want them to get a big head ya know? They would think they are so amazing and might EXPLODE! And at a frozen yogurt place that would just make a mess and be sticky! I’m Ryan, see you next time!

Such a great place to hangout with friends! For late night snacking and final time stress relieving snacking, it’s an awesome place! Love how there are a lot of flavors and that for every three sets of flavors, the middle one is always a mixture of the two! As a college student near this yogurt place, I give it a 4 out of 5! And also, coming from an urban area with a lot of froyo places, this one is close to Yogurtland or Pink Berry!

I’ve tried this place twice because I was hoping the first time was a fluke. But I’m sorry I came for frozen yogurt not a bowl of milk and cereal. The machines pour out a soupy mess that resembles diarrhea, and is anything but frozen! This place does have a great array of toppings to choose from that I haven’t seen elsewhere. So maybe next time I’ll bring the«frozen» yogurt with me to get some toppings. Seriously though turn the temp down a bit!

Open late earns huge yays from me… but that’s about it. Well, okay, I also really dug the digital displays that show you the flavor’s name, details on the flavor and the nutritional information for said flavor. I haven’t seen that before and thought it was a really cool and modern touch. The décor here is overwhelmingly silver and shiny. I felt like I was in a space ship minus the cool aliens trying to merge their DNA with mine so I can use their space lasers and fly their ships… er. Frozation did have a pretty good flavor selection and a good supply of various toppings. Although I did find it odd that Peanut Butter Cups and Kit Kats weren’t broken up… you want one of these bad boys? You take the whole huge thing. One cool touch was the starters by the bowls. You can put some whole cookies(various offerings here) at the bottom of your bowl. I usually do that with crushed Oreos anyways so this was cool. My big gripe for this place is how warm the frozen yogurt is. I could be in the Olympics for speed filling a frozen yogurt cup… and by the time I was moving to the toppings my froyo was starting to melt. By the time I’d paid my frozen yogurt was already starting to turn soupy. So my frozen yogurt was really more like lukewarm yogurt. Not really what I was in the mood for but I guess it took care of the ol’ sugar tooth. Next trip to Salem I’ll be trying one of the other frozen yogurt spots in the area. Meh… I’ve had better.

I love this place and hit it once in awhile at lunch. I think frozen yogurt is a crap shoot at times and people expect it to be perfect. Not every flavor is good, but that is just the way it is. I can say this place is clean and really cool inside and the sparkle wall is just gorgeous. The staff are always friendly and have a smile on their face and something kind to say. I appreciate that and that will keep me going back.

I think it is great that they have fresh fruit and a lot of different options and the staff is really friendly. But the quality of the yogurt is poor. If you are looking for a frozen treat that tastes like soft serve ice cream, then its great. But if you are a true froyo guru, then this is not the place where you will find: have hormone-free milk, live active cultures, is all-natural, or certified gluten-free.

Went in to use a gift certificate deal with the family and was impressed! Very clean, modern, and friendly. The yogurt is great and the digital frames above the ice cream show the flavor and ingredients and nutrition info. Great variety of toppings and decent prices. Will definitely return.

My six year old and I had heard great things about this place and were very excited to try it. We arrived at 9:55pm closing time is ten and they refused us service saying they were closed. We live out south and had passed three open froyo places to get to this one. Needless to say we are very disappointed and won’t be back.
