I volunteer with a young women’s organization that uses a specific hair piece and a board member(and parent of one of my girls) went to check this facility out today and had the worst experience EVER there! We are all conscientious of cost these days and apparently we are not ‘allowed’ to look online to compare prices and such… because the lady snatched the sample out of her hands and refused to ever sell to her! She also informed her that she was the ONLY one we can get these through… oh, and she’s been ordering these specific ones for 40 years. PLUS… she’s charging $ 75 for a rosette(shake-n-bake) hair piece, when they range from $ 20’s to $ 40’s online! Last time I looked, we live in a free country and have the right to choose where and how we spend our money. It’s called a free market economy!

I love Kay’s World of Wigs! They treat everyone with respect and are happy to answer questions, but they don’t hover over you when you are shopping. They have a unique, diverse clientele and I always enjoy our visits.

I stopped by Kays today after getting great directions on the phone. When I entered the two employee’s would not maintain eye contact, didn’t ask me if I needed help, or offer to be with me in a minute, and I was interested in two wigs and an extension. Finally after 10 minutes I left and I won’t be back. Perhaps they don’t like minorities? I wouldn’t recommend this place at all– SVJ
