Been in here a few times just grabbing some shelf items. Went in looking for a trailer plug adapter, talked to the guy behind the counter, I had barely finished my sentence when he told me the part I was looking for didn’t exist. I tried to argue but he was very dismissive, so I left and went to Napa. Where they gladly helped me and had the part I was looking for! Won’t go back to this knects, I now go to their store further south on Lancaster where they value their customers male or female.

This place is a pain in the rear to get in and out of. Since it is right on the corner of Lancaster and SIlverton two VERY busy streets and with the city putting in curbs in the middle you can only access this location from Silverton Road as if you were heading to the city of Silverton.
The service itself inside is decent, but I would rather go to another auto parts store where it isn’t such a hassle to get in and out.
