History
Established in 1997.
Dan graduated with high honors (Magna Cum Laude) from the Boston University School of Law in 1990. Before starting his own practice, Dan worked at one of Boston’s largest and most prestigious law firms. Dan found «tall building» practice unsatisfying, because most of his work involved defending very large corporate interests, who Dan felt were often on the wrong side of cases.
Since starting his own practice Dan has focused on bankruptcy and criminal cases in all Massachusetts state and federal courts. Dan has tried disputed bankruptcy cases, criminal cases (including domestic violence and OUI cases and other civil cases (such as evictions and personal injury cases). Last year Dan added a Spanish speaking paralegal, Rosa Rojas, to his practice, and now has many Spanish speaking clients.
