I came here 2 – 3 weeks ago on a hot day well over 90 degrees, my best friend and I waked in and it was hot inside with fan everywhere, it was hotter inside that it was outside, we got our dessert, used the bathroom and sat outside. The bathroom was disturbing and need of a major cleaning, felt like a crusty bathroom from a gross bar or gas station. The dresser was good, the service was lacking, the cashier didn’t really greet us or acknowledge our presence until we were right in front of her. That was awkward.

The yogurt when available is always yummy. However often dispensers aren’t available. The store can also appear a bit untidy from time to time as well. I also do not appreciate the religious music. It’s very off putting.

Limeberry has lots of great flavors (9 I believe) where vanilla, sugar free chocolate, cake batter, and salted caramel are always the same and the others are rotated. Strawberry and pumpkin are two of my favorites. They have a great assortment of toppings, including wafer cookies and cookie dough, YUM!
The service is also quite good. There is a rewards program that you earn points for every dollar you spend which gets you lots of coupons and there are coupons in the mail as well. This program includes a free 5oz yogurt during the week of your birthday, just be sure to include that in your info. You can only use one coupon each time you come in (duh).
All in all I’d say this is my favorite yogurt shop in Salem. Ps. Every yogurt shop uses the same brand of yogurt so they’re actually all the same, it’s just about toppings, flavor choices, and service

I came in with my husband last night at 9:45, 15 minutes before closing. This is a self serve Frozen yogurt place, it does not take long to get the Frozen yogurt pay and leave. We didn’t think it would be a big deal to come 15 minutes before closing. When we walked in the girl working was very obviously closing up the till and had a very unwelcoming demeanor. She did not even greet us as we entered. Because of this we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere for the evening. The till is not supposed to be closed until closing time not 15 minutes before.

We like it here. I guess my only complaint is that they don’t have many flavors to choose from. Yes, they are always rotating flavors. It’s never the same any time we come in. But, a bigger selection would be nice. They have PLENTY of toppings! During the holidays they had eggnog. it was the best flavor I had there! Staff is friendly.

I love frozen yogurt. Purchase a Groupon coupon so I had to try it. The help was very friendly and they kept the place open for us, since we came in just before closing. They didn’t have all the toppings like the other places nor all the selections of yogurts but it still was very good. The place was clean and easy to get to.

They offer about 10 flavors of frozen yogurt in various configurations (non-​fat, sugar free, etc.) and have fruit, nut, granola and candy/​syrup toppings to choose from. In the 3 times I’ve been there I’ve only seen one size of serving cup, though the sign gives instructions to pick a cup size. The cups on hand are HUGE, so be careful. The cost per ounce is 40 cents, so if one isn’t careful, that huge cup can get spendy. It’s tasty with the added fun of building your own dessert.

I like how Limeberry rotates new flavors more often than other frozen yogurt places. Nice, creamy consistency on the yogurt and refreshing sorbets. The more uncommon/​unique flavors they rotate, the more likely I’ll return for more.
I can get vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, or other normal flavors at any yogurt/​ice cream shop… and the yogurt is almost always done properly (creamy/​smooth awesomeness). It’s the places doing the uncommon flavors that intrigue me the most.

Brought the kiddos in for a treat. It is obviously tasty. We happened in on their the work meeting but you wouldn’t know it. When it came time to pay I was 7 cents short (left my purse in the car) and the owner waved her hand and said no big deal. After we made our mess I suggested some toppings to her like «captain crunch and cheesecake bites.» She laughed and showed me wh
ere they were and put some in my bowl no charge. Wasn’t that like a free 50 cents? That gesture earned her the 5th star. I wish they had punch cards for the next possible pregnancy.

LIMEberry is a nice treat to have near by. Rotating flavors keeps you trying new flavors, and there are enough toppings to make it different each visit. Price is reasonable, staff and owners are helpful and friendly.
