Never rent from this Era ever. They rip you off and NEVER return you calls. We left our place in perfect condition. It was cleaner than when we moved in. Just because they are a big name they think they can screw people out of your deposit. Only got half of our deposit. The rest they said it was for general cleaning. Hmm funny when Harold call and left a message saying the house looks perfect! So how is it we only got half. I have called and called for a whole month. Harold keeps blowing me off. He said he would call me TWO weeks ago and never did. They are very unprofessional and I hope you go threw someone else. We could hardly get him out to do stuff on the house. They will rip you off! Horrible horrible and very unprofessional people!
