Troy took my money and then stuck his hand into the pile of pineapple. So I got a filthy pizza and the next few people that want pineapple on their pizza get a dirty pineapple pizza

The pizza is spendy. Shared a medium pizza for around $ 17. Not the most bang for your buck. You have to pay for drinks separately from the pizza which can be a hassle to have multiple charges unnecessarily. However drinks come in frosted glasses which makes the experience more enjoyable. The pizza was delicious and I did enjoy the curled up pepperonis. Also the dim lighting and western style furniture made for an enjoyable date night.

Love the lunch special HOWEVER it’s not fair to pay extra for a to go box. Also even more inconvenient when the phone line is ALWAYS busy to call ahead. Only to find out when showing up no ones taking calls. And for a $ 5 pizza will be a minimum 30 ish minute wait(hence the fact people try to call ahead) food is amazing but not fair to the employees who have to work understaffed.

Completely average pizza on par with Domino’s or any other fast-food option, with a price 3x these other options.

Hands down the best pizza in Salem. Fresh ingredients. Friendly service. Fantastic lunch specials. Can be busy at times, but the wait is worth it.

Interesting experience having a room temperatue pizza. Some toppings still cold in middle. Flavor good but not worth coming back. I’ve had too many hot pizzas to adjust to cold ones. Not worth coming back for more disappointment.

We got individual two topping pizzas for $ 5 which was a good deal. I like good deals like that. I don’t like thin crust pizzas that have really no flavor other than tomato sauce. Once I was done with the pizza I left all of the crust on my plate. Isn’t that supposed to be the best part? I won’t be back. Not my style of pizza.

We passed through here headed to Seattle and were amazed at the $ 5 lunch pizzas. The crust is great, the sauce was tasty and I wish we had this place back home! I would choose this over a Big Mac anytime.

Paddingtons pizza south discriminates against the military. My son was fired when management learned he was attempting to join. I like their pizza as a second choice to round table. But will never eat there again because of their discrimination against the military. I think that all military current and former should stop eating there so the latest the owner cam get the message to support our troops not fire prospective ones.

Best pizza in Salem and perhaps the best pizza I’ve ever had. Been going to the pine street location since I was a baby. Can’t go wrong with any pizza they have. I prefer the whippersnapper. Want to save money get a luncheon pizza. Best lunch deal in town. Seen other reviews were people don’t like that they use unique names for their pizzas. For those of you shut it! It taste better than other places so they can call it whatever they want. End of review it’s the best pizza in Salem so go try it. Worth the extra money.

Delicious! Long wait usually, pretty spendy, but very good! Perfect for a nice sit down with a large group, or just a couple.

I distinctly remember writing a review of this and the other Padingtons. Unilocal, what are you up to? This place to be my favorite, so there’s no way I would/could forget! Anyway. Since Donatello’s opened, I haven’t stepped food inside this place. I had slowed down over the years anyway because I got tired of paying $ 25 for one pizza that I had to wait forever for and that would be soggy on the bottom if I got mushrooms. No way can Padington’s ever get my money back. Surly service, no specials or coupons, no salad bar, and soggy bottomed pizza keeps me faaaaarrrrrr away.

Try the Bandito if you want to try something different. Paddington’s is a classic pizza place with exceptional quality and service. Expect to wait up to 45 minutes at peak times. It is worth the wait.

I hear this is fantastic pizza! I’m new in town, walked in with my family place was empty and they told me it was a 2hr. Wait! That call in’s had to be taken care of first! Hmmm… Walked out and had pizza elsewhere!

I waited and waited not wanting to write a bad review but too many times too many problems. First of all I love this pizza. Can’t find much like it in Portland. However, too many bad customer service issues and I don’t think I will ever go there again. 1. Only 1 phone line, trying to place an order to go during lunch and it can take over an hour to get through. People give up and have to go wait in line to order to go and have to wait there. 2. I called about 1.5 month ago, they asked to put me on hold. I agreed and kept working. I checked periodically but then I forgot I was on hold(I put in on speaker). I was on hold for 42MINUTES!!! I didn’t want to lose my spot in line but I hung up. I called right back and guess what? BUSYSIGNAL!!! 3. I called today(Monday) and 11:50am and got through right away! I ordered 2 personal pizzas and was told«30 minutes». I was there at 12:30pm to pick up the pizzas but they were scheduled for 1:20pm, Someone got confused and added an extra hour to my wait time… I had to sit there and wait again. Again I love this pizza, but for now I will not be going back again. EVER. I didn’t want to write this review, but I am pissed. When in person, the staff is quite nice. But can’t handle the lack of customer service. Especially working in the service industry to 5 years.

Quality pizza, but be prepared to pay for it… The waits are long on the weekend evenings, so we usually call ahead.

Over an hour wait for a carry out pizza is a bit ridiculous. No option on crust, only thin crust. Pizza was decent.

On the menu«Don’t have what you’re looking for? Customize it yourself!» … awesome! Get up there to order… They do not allow you to ask for thicker crust, cannot fathom putting the sauce on top of the cheese because they use a brush to put it on despite a suggestion that they use a ladle or spoon, the workers are rather depressing, unenthusiastic and slow, Slow, SLOW. I understand that we should not abuse emotional labor and overtly energetic people are rather annoying, but there is a difference between quality service and apathetic melancholy. The ONLY redeeming factor that this place has is their pizza and their cute to-go boxes. It was pretty nice pizza. Not the best. Not so much worth the wait, which was quite long.

No cheesy gimmicks here(pun intended), just good ‘olé fashioned pizza! I am NOT generally a pizza person. But anytime I visit the fam, I demand Paddingtons. Countless toppings compared to any chain competitor. Truly fresh ingredients. Thin crispy crust. Pitchers at a decent price. This family owned establishment is a Salem gem. My go-to is pepperoni, mushroom, jalapeño. I want it just thinking about it!

Absolutely the best pizza in Salem hands down! I am glad to be back in town because I have been all over the country and have never had pizza like this anywhere else!
