Established in 1970.

This practice began in the 1970s with Dr Dan Davis. He was a great doctor and established a great little office. Unfortunately, Dr Davis passed away unexpectedly in the 2004. Dr Frank Winfield purchased the practice and worked at the office for 7 years. In July of 2011, Dr Theresa Lindquist began working at the clinic. The dental team, including hygenist, tracy and dental assistant, ingrid, have been working at this office for 20+ years and have remained loyal to the patients through the change.

Business Owner

Dr. Lindquist graduated from Oregon Health and Sciences University. She is a Salem/​Keizer native and currently lives in Salem with her husband, Dr Daniel Lindquist, and their two children, Ellyanna and Rylan. Her husband is a pharmacist at a local pharmacy and is also very willing to answer any prescription questions.

Before joining this practice in July of 2011, Dr Lindquist worked at the Boys and Girls Club of Corvallis, helping low income children and pregnant women with their dental needs. She strives to stay active in the community and has recently volunteered her services at family building blocks events as well as local school fundraisers.

Dr Lindquist has a passion for dentistry and enjoys working on people of all ages, from baby to senior. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Oregon Dental Association and the Marion and Polk Dental Society.
