Shetland Park Self-​Storage is Salem’s newest state-​of-​the-​art self-​storage facility, conveniently located at Shetland Park on Salem Harbor — Salem’s premier waterfront business center. We offer climate controlled units from 4×5 to 16×10 to meet any household or business storage need and all our units are accessible from 6am to 10pm, 365 days a year.

History

Established in 2009.

Shetland Properties opened Phase 1 of Shetland Park Self-​Storage and it’s been growing ever since, with hundreds of storage customers from Salem and all over the North Shore. We’re a proud affiliate of eMove: U-Haul’s nationwide marketplace for moving and storage, and we are actively involved in our surrounding communities.

Lappin family enterprise, celebrated its 50^th anniversary of successfully owning and managing Shetland Park, which is among the nation’s most financially solid companies. For Office, R&D, Light Manufacturing, Warehouse and Storage, and Self Storage, Shetland Park can accommodate any need ranging from 50 to 100,000 square feet.
