The Drunken Cook is a traditional style family restaurant.
It’s like coming home for dinner, where the kitchen is your meeting point and the food and company are the energy that brings everyone together.
Our prix fix menu includes a glass of our house red or white wine or soft drink, a mixed green salad during spring and summer, a cup of our homemade minestrone soup during fall and winter and a choice of two pasta sauces which change weekly. For additional costs, we have available a selection of Italian wines and house made desserts.
History
Established in 2012.
We are a brand new Italian restaurant, located in Salem, Oregon.
We are not a traditional restaurant, but old family style Italian format. Long big tables, and the menu is limited, and changes every week.
Meet the Manager
Massimo B.
Manager
Massimo, has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. He was the chef at the Hilton International Hotel in Singapore, then opened a restaurant in Albany, California called «Six Degrees on Solano».
Massimo has recently moved to Salem, Oregon, and Is now involved with the «The Drunken Cook».
