My husband and I recently visited Salem for our wedding anniversary. We were wandering around late one evening and the open sign was lit. I thought tea sounded like a great idea. Turned out the place was closed but the owner still welcomed us in and told us about his wonderful teas — the ones he packages himself are all fair trade and he actually knows families that grow the tea and make the blends!
The flavors are wonderful and natural. None of the additives you find in all high-​end teas these days, and his prices are better. You can also set up a tasting which is a wonderful date night idea, btw.
I cannot give a higher recommendation for any retailer in the Salem area. We brought back bags for several friends and are quite happy we did, everyone loved their unique gifts from our trip.
